You won't be disappointed as most items are made in house and only prepared, cooked & served by Mark in his purpose Built "A" Grade Council Certified Kitchen. Mark can cater for most dietary requirements upon request.
Grazing Tables
With your choice of 3 Grazing Table Menus and a Sweet option they are an ideal choice for any event where you want a more casual feel. Working Lunches
Mark’s Working Lunch menu features a large variety of fresh items, including salads, savouries, sweets, sandwiches & wraps. You choose your own food and the number of items per guest from the menu below. Mark will deliver, set up and pick up the equipment, so there's nothing for you to do.
